Costa Vida a fresh Mexican Grill locally owned and operated here in Plano. Being from California it was so nice to finally have some Mexican food. I mean it only took three months. Its a small location but its big on flavor and customer service. Two of my favorites.
Costa Vida is a casual dining experience. Baja-style tacos and burritos and there are some gluten free options as well. Getting Fresh, with zesty food created with passion, from scratch using real ingredients. For me it was like going to a baja fresh that I would frequent in California only better. I loved the fresh ingredients and the sauces. My favorite was the homemade tortillas they make fresh in front of you.

My tongue was living la vida loca! Everything was wonderful and my family got fresh with their taste and we were all very pleased.
Costa Vida is located near the Stonebriar Mall off 8315 Preston Road in Plano. Open Monday – Sunday 10:30am -9:00pm. What I love about this, is the owner of this location used to be a customer at another location. He loved the food so much he wanted to have his own restaurant. He runs a pretty tight ship. His employees are like family and its awesome to see everyone working together with such enthusiasm.
The food is worth the drive where ever you are in North Dallas. If you want Fresh healthy grilled Mexican food, this is your place!
