We visited Erbert and Gerbert’s Plano it was amazing. What is so fascinating for me is that a Plano 2012 high school graduate purchased her own shop. She runs it and loves it. I love to hear the story behind the scenes. Their passions coming to life and how they love what they do. My family had the opportunity to try some of these sandwiches and they were delicious. All with funny and or fancy names. Served on delicious rolls, fresh meats and a huge heap of customer service. You couldn’t ask for anything more. Jessica is an all hands on deck kind of gal. Just because she owns this particular franchise. Doesn’t mean she’s too cool for doing the cash register, sweeping and or cutting veggies and making a sandwich. Not all in that order but you get the gist.
We enjoyed getting to meet her and learning about her journey and what it took to get where she is now. Graduating classes of 2017 it’s not too late to follow your dreams. She makes the dough a reality! Making it rain lettuce. Sorry couldn’t resist.
If your in the area and want a sandwich that is satisfying, affordable and easy on the taste buds. This is is your place. They cater, and these are perfect or grabbing a few sandwiches and heading to the park with the family and make a picnic out of it.
